COVID-19 (CORONA) Pandemic in India in decline: Herd Immunity or Better Individual Immunity

 21/02/2021, Hyderabad:   The Covid-19 pandemic in India is in decline except for two states Maharashtra and Kerala. According to Worldometer the incidence of new Corona cases in other Indian states, the numbers are dismal compared to rest of the world especially US, Russia, Brazil and European countries such as France and UK where the daily new cases are still high. 

One thought was going in my mind that in India the living conditions are unhygienic compared to European and North American countries  that is actually turned out to be a blessing disguise since unhygienic home and society means more exposure to pathogens and antigens on their surface and better stronger immunity compared to their US and European counterparts. But what about Brazil it is also comes under similar living conditions if my info on slums of Rio de Janeiro and other cities of Brazil is right, where the Corona cases are still on rise. 

Other possibility may be that Asians (Indians) are more exposed to virulent strains of Rhinovirus family (Corona is also one) hence better immunity compared to other continent humans (?). What ever may be the reason but it clearly evident from the number of Corona cases that the Corona pandemic is on decline in India and Asian continent in general with few exceptions.

The other prospect can be - Is it Race based ? that most Asians and Africans possess better immune repertoire because of living in unhygienic environments. Is there a genetic angle to it ? I mean Asian and African genes offer stronger immune system, where as Caucasian and Latino races have less effective immune systems in this case ?. What ever may be the truth it is really interesting and worth investigation.

It's our fate that we are thrust upon an immature person, Mr Rahul Gandhi as one of the leaders of opposition in the parliament. Rather than continuously making senseless and illogical statements why don't you just disappear and let us live in peace.

How stupid that question is ?  what you have been doing when your party ruling the nation, What your great grandpa did when these very Chinese invaded and occupied some eastern areas in Ladakh in 1962. What you did even recently, in your rule,  when they further transgressed ? you, your party and our puppet PM Dr Maunmohan were just mum !

Oh god, really ! You are comparing nations of  5 crore or 6 crore population with a nation of 135 crores people. Thank god that Corona cases in India didn't reach community level transmission and numbers in crores ! if it’s not for the effective lock down implementation, how would we have only 2.77 lakh corona cases (as of 10/06/2020) which is like what 0.001% of our population. Compare that with UK which is 0.43 % population or Spain 0.52 % population put in simpler terms is 43 or 52 times more corona cases respectively. With the same logic then we should be ok even if corona cases reach 1 crore cases and then come down.

Well I think we can't convince people who are hell bent on criticizing the government with out proper prior thought and always do or say things with votes in mind.
